In BJC we are aware of the importance of respect for the environment. Our aim is to provide innovative electrical and industrial material of the maximum quality and design, taking into account the foundations of natural resource conservation and pollution prevention.
BJC's environmental policy is known and shared by all the company staff through a system of continuous training and information. It is based on commitment to the prevention of environmental pollution associated with our activities, taking the necessary economically viable measures of control and action, to improve in a progressive, continuous way, the environmental aspects of our activities. It is also revised on a regular basis in order to fulfil the compulsory legal requirements and the voluntary commitments adopted by the company.

This way of working has meant our obtaining the ISO 9001 awarded by Aenor for our Small Material, Industrial Equipment and Lighting divisions.
It is a valid legal regulation which certifies compliance with the strictest quality standards, by virtue of continuous improvement.

Nowadays, BJC is endorsed by the ISO 14001 certificate, a standard initiated in 1996 by the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification (AENOR) on Environmental Management Systems, and previously approved by the European Committee for Standardization. This consists of a framework of systems for environmental management, recognized worldwide, which aims to help organizations to establish environmental management programs that minimize impact on the environment, while at the same time demonstrating and ensuring proper environmental management.
