Productive centre
The factory is composed of 12 sections of fabrication and assembly, 3 of them are totally dedicated to the transformation of plastics. For their treatment we use the two basic technologies in the plastics industry: the one for thermoplastics by means of injection machines and the other for thermosetting material by means of compression or injection.
The techniques used reduce to a minimum the waste and they optimise the indices of well finished parts.
A special care has been taken to the environmental impact with the installation of a depuration plant for the treatment of residual water coming from the different productive processes.
Today BJC is one of the most advanced factories in our sector and have all the production methods meeting the requirements of the ISO 14001 Standard. In short a clean and respectful with the environment factory able to produce more and better products.
Warehouse
The warehouse has a surface of 4,070 sq.m. It can handle more than 10,000 pallets which are moved by three upwards/downwards handling machines. It has six loading docks for the sending or the reception of goods.
Future expansion was foreseen during its construction, to avoid those architectural barriers could prevent its growth.
The warehouse is managed by a simple but effective work. The orders received are computer processed and distributed among different stations for optimum preparation. The preparation of the handling bigger orders lines is carried out in the picking points while those of smaller volume are done by workers handling orders. The orders are taken up by workers who carry out the automatic weighing and labelling.
It is important to point out that the warehouse is located in the same area as the new factory, which means a greater fluidity and so an improvement in the service offered to our customers and suppliers.
